Exhibition fees: (A) Local Exhibitors (Booths) N100, 000 – N150, 000 Local Exhibitors (Stands) N50, 000 – N60, 000 (B) International Exhibitors (Booths) $1,250 USD Exhibition requirements: - (a) Indication of interest to participate in the exhibition
- (b) Payment of requisite exhibition fee
- (c) Provision of exhibitor’s profile
- (d) Indication of exhibition slots required (e.g. single or double booth/stand)
Exhibition Benefits - (a) Exhibitors’ profiles to be colorfully embedded in the conference brochure. (if received on or before Friday 2nd June, 2006)
- (b) Opportunities for short presentation during conference proceedings (Provided such interest is indicated on application).
- (c) Exhibition to be formally declared open by the Special Guest of Honour.
- (d) All refreshment breaks to take place on the exhibition floor.
- (e) Exhibition audience cut across the spectrum of the finance sector, especially chieftains of the insurance industry from within and outside Nigeria.
- (f) Handbills and other exhibitors materials will be enclosed free-of-charge in the conference bags (if such are received in good time)
- (g) Visual clips of exhibitors will be displayed on the multi-media screens in the Congress Hall. (provided these are supplied in good time)
- (h) Exhibitors will be free to distribute specially packaged promotional gift items for the purpose of the Exhibition.
